Our standards
Editorial Policy
Our process is designed to keep educational content clear, useful, responsible and separate from commercial influence.
Topic selection
We select topics based on common wellness questions and their value to adults building sustainable daily routines. Search interest may help us understand language, but it does not determine our conclusions.
Research and writing
Articles explain generally accepted wellness principles in plain language. We avoid invented statistics, unsupported certainty, disease-treatment claims and promises about body weight. When evidence is limited or individual circumstances matter, we state that clearly.
Review and updates
Content is checked for clarity, internal consistency, responsible wording and working links. Pages include an update date. Material corrections should be made transparently.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationships may support the publication, but they do not change our requirement to describe products neutrally. Affiliate links are labeled and use sponsored link attributes. Read the full Affiliate Disclosure.
Scope
Our editors provide general education, not diagnosis, treatment or individualized nutrition and exercise plans. Readers should use our content as a starting point for informed conversations.
